Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of the PokePoke application and website ("the Service"). By downloading, installing, or using PokePoke, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
PokePoke is a macOS menu-bar utility that monitors local coding agents (such as Claude Code, Cursor, and Codex CLI) and notifies you when a session needs attention. A free tier is available with daily limits; PokePoke Pro unlocks unlimited notifications and terminal jumps.
2. License to use
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use PokePoke. Pro features are unlocked with a license key tied to your purchase. You may not resell, redistribute, or attempt to circumvent the licensing of the Service.
3. Purchases and billing
PokePoke Pro is offered as a monthly subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase. All payments are processed by Creem, our Merchant of Record and contractual reseller. Purchases are also subject to Creem's Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time through the customer portal linked in your purchase receipt. Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- violate any applicable law or regulation;
- reverse engineer, tamper with, or bypass license verification;
- disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or those of our providers.
5. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. PokePoke is an attention and notification tool; it does not guarantee that every agent event will be delivered, and you remain responsible for monitoring your own work. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
6. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

我们授予你个人、非独占、不可转让的 PokePoke 使用许可。Pro 功能通过与你的购买绑定的 License Key 解锁。你不得转售、再分发或试图绕过本服务的授权机制。
3. 购买与计费
PokePoke Pro 提供按月订阅或一次性买断两种方式。所有付款均由我们的 Merchant of Record (即记录商户与合同转售方)Creem 处理, 购买同时适用 Creem 买家条款。 订阅在取消前会自动续费。你可随时通过购买收据中的客户门户链接管理或取消订阅。退款适用我们的 退款与取消政策。
4. 可接受使用
你同意不将本服务用于:
- 违反任何适用的法律或法规;
- 逆向工程、篡改或绕过 License 校验;
- 干扰或试图未经授权访问我们或我们服务商的系统。
5. 免责声明
本服务按“现状”提供,不附带任何形式的保证。PokePoke 是一款提醒类工具,不保证每一个 agent 事件都能送达,你仍需对自己的工作负责。在法律允许的最大范围内,我们不对因使用本服务产生的 任何间接或后果性损害负责。
6. 条款变更
我们可能不时更新本条款,重大变更会体现在上方“最后更新”日期。变更后继续使用即视为接受。
