Privacy Policy

PokePoke ("we", "us", or "the app") is a macOS menu-bar utility that notifies you when your local coding agents need attention. This policy explains what data the app and this website handle.

1. The app is local-first

PokePoke runs entirely on your Mac. All session data it tracks — project names, session status, and notification history — is stored locally under ~/.pokepoke/ on your own machine. The app communicates with your coding agents over a local Unix socket.

• We do not operate any server that receives your usage data.
• We do not collect, transmit, or store your prompts, code, logs, or terminal output.
• The app requires no account and no sign-in.

2. License activation

If you purchase PokePoke Pro, license activation and validation are handled by our payments provider, Creem, which acts as the Merchant of Record. When your app activates a license, it sends only the license key and a device identifier to Creem to verify the license is valid. No other personal data is transmitted by the app.

3. Payments

All purchases are processed by Creem. We never receive or store your full payment card details. Creem collects the information needed to process your payment, issue receipts, and comply with tax law. Please see Creem's Privacy Notice and Creem's Buyer Terms for how they handle that data.

4. This website

This site is a static marketing and download page. It does not require sign-in and does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Standard server logs may be retained by our hosting provider for security and reliability.

5. Your rights

Because the app stores data only on your device, you can delete all of it at any time by removing the ~/.pokepoke/ directory and uninstalling the app. For questions about payment data held by Creem, you may contact us and we will help you reach the right party.

2. License 激活

若你购买 PokePoke Pro,License 的激活与校验由我们的支付服务商 Creem(作为 Merchant of Record,即记录商户)处理。 应用激活 License 时,仅向 Creem 发送 License Key 和一个设备标识符以校验有效性,不传输任何其他个人数据。

3. 支付

所有购买均由 Creem 处理。我们不会收到或存储你的完整银行卡信息。Creem 收集处理付款、 开具收据和履行税务合规所需的信息。其数据处理方式请见 Creem 隐私声明与 Creem 买家条款。

4. 关于本网站

本网站是一个静态的介绍与下载页面,无需登录,不使用广告或跨站追踪 Cookie。托管服务商可能 出于安全与稳定性保留标准的服务器日志。

5. 你的权利

由于本应用仅在你的设备上存储数据,你可随时删除 ~/.pokepoke/ 目录并卸载应用以 清除全部数据。关于 Creem 持有的支付数据,你可联系我们,我们会协助你对接到相应方。
